To maintain marketplace quality, every listing on Invest in Bhiwadi must adhere to our verification standards.
What Makes an Approved Listing
- Clear, un-watermarked high-resolution photographs of the actual property or site.
- Accurate land area specified in Gaj or Square Meters.
- Realistic market pricing without hidden charges or misleading bait rates.
- Precise locality description (e.g. Sector, landmark, society name).
- Valid contact number of the authentic owner, builder, or power-of-attorney holder for administrative verification.
Prohibited Practices
- Submitting duplicate listings of the same unit with varying prices.
- Posting unauthorized photos downloaded from other portals or stock libraries without rights.
- Providing inactive or fake contact numbers during registration.
